Richard Oshen - Writer, Visionary

Richard Oshen ro-head-shot.jpgis a legendary lighting designer and one of the early pioneers of the concert touring industry. He served as lighting designer for some of the biggest  names  in rock  music: AEROSMITH, BOSTON,  BOB DYLAN,  THE STRAY CATS,  TOMMY THE ROCK OPERA, SLY AND THE FAMILY STONE, PARLIAMENT FUNKADELIC and the SWEET.  Richard served as a Director of photography and Lighting Designer for  national  and  international award  shows  and  television  specials with long-time friend and former OCEAN, ROSE and ASSOCIATES business partner Lee Rose on  the GOLDEN GLOBES, COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS THE KID’S CHOICE  AWARDS,  numerous music videos and top selling infomercials for  RICHARD  SIMMOMS,  CINDY CRAWFORD,  VICTORIA  JACKSON,  and ELIZABETH TAYLOR.

Currently owner and principal designer at EyeLight  a  well-known  Los  Angeles  based Lighting  Design  and Production Company. Writer, producer, cameraman for Pacific Coast Highway Productions, Inc.  an independent documentary and internet content provider. Co-Founder and CEO of The Bumper Foundation, a 501 C3 non profit Animal rescue group, and The Harold B. Rhodes Music Foundation. Richard’s spec. featrure screenplays include:   2012 EYE OF THE SHAMAN, LUCKY LUKE, SEARCH AND RESCUE DOG HERO, FROGGED, A PERFECT MATCH, CATLAND, THE CAT LADY OF PENNINGTON MANOR, CHRISTMAS  IN  LAS  VEGAS,  A PERFECT MATCH, and  FIT TO BE TIED (A quirky Television sit com in the AB-FAB, Fawlty Towers style)
